Frank and Thomas at the Stihl count are AWESOME! We walked in (a couple of ladies with a chainsaw and no prior knowledge of how to use it) and got all the info we need to use/maintain it. Love this store! Thanks guys!

I am recovering from some recent surgery and was unable to load my ice melt purchase. The Akard's counter folks were so much help and took it to my car for me. Once again, they have provided great service. I always stop there PRIOR to going to the big box stores in the area, thanks folks!
