Staff is usually willing to help you out with anything you need, good place to stop for things instead of the big giant stores.

Store is well stocked. You can find EVERYTHING you need. If you can't...everyone who works that morning shift, is ready to help you find what you need. SERVICE...WITH A SMILE....RARE IN THIS DAY AND AGE...

I went in for a shop vac and the salesman was terrific! He reviewed the options and helped me with purchasing the display since it was the only one. He pulled the box with all the attachments and made sure all the parts were included. Great service!

Ace is the place as usual... needed a couple of keys copied, and picked up a few other things. always a a good experience, everone is always helpful. BOTH KEYS WORKED...sometimes they don't, in my experience. again. this is why I come back. Lowe's is closer to me. there is another Ace Hardware one tenth of a mile away in the other direction from my home. (i can walk to Lowe's)

This Great Lakes Ace is the absolute best for customer service, I couldn’t believe how helpful the employees have been on the multiple times I have gone in not knowing what color of paint to get or what product to get for projects I didn’t quite understand how to do. They even have gone out of their way to make sure I had coupons for specific things I was buying. It’s always very quiet, organized and friendly in there and has everything I need to do my house projects. Love it!
