Greg the manager is great. I had a fairly complicated window screen order including screen replacement and frame rebuilds. The order did get messed up but he ensured it got corrected and even absorbed the cost of what should have been a greater charge to me due to the mistakes. He was timely in communication and made sure at the end of the day I got what I needed. I would not hesitate to use this ACE again for needs even though there’s another one closer to my house (the other ACE actually told me they don’t do screens after I walked in even though I called ahead and was told on the phone they do).
