BAKED HONEY GLAZED HAM

Holiday flavors don’t get much more classic than this sweet & salty honey-glazed ham.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 (6-8 lb) kurobuta half bone-in ham
  • 15 whole cloves

  • 3/4 Stick butter, softened

  • 1/4 Cup dark corn syrup

  • 3/4 Cup honey, room temperature

Instructions

  • When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
  • Score ham. Smear the entire ham with softened butter and stud with the whole cloves and place ham in a foil-lined pan.
  • Combine the dark corn syrup and honey. Warm to combine if needed. Pour 3/4 of the glaze over ham, and bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours on the grill or until the ham reaches 140℉.
  • Baste ham every 20 minutes with the remaining honey glaze.
  • Slice and serve. Enjoy!
