Ingredients

• 1.5 Lb. Ground Chicken
• 3-4 tbsp. 5280 Culinary Oink Rub or Tiki Tiki Rub
• 4 tbsp. 5280 Culinary High Altitude or Red BBQ Sauce
• King's Hawaiian Burger Buns
• Cheese (Your Choice)
• Horseradish
• LettuceTomato
• Bread & Butter Pickles

Instructions

• Mix equal parts of both flavors of BBQ sauce
• Preheat the Blackstone to 400°F - 425˚F
• Place Ground Chicken into a medium mixing bowl
• Add 5280 Culinary Oink Rub or Tiki Tiki Rub (to taste)
• Mix well
• Form 4 patties
• Sear both sides for 3-4 minutes
• Cook additional 3-4 minutes
• Check that the internal temperature is 165˚F
• Baste with sauce
• Add desired toppings
• Enjoy!
